Liberty was transformed on July 22, 1976 in NYC. Liberty’s skin is camouflaged, allowing them to blend in to any background; and uses a red rope weapon to capture, slice, or disarm opponents. 

Liberty is genderqueer they/them, and half Alaskan Inuit, half Russian. One of Destiny’s oldest transformations, Liberty mostly stays back at headquarters, helping Justice advice Destiny.
